As office buildings continue to go vacant, malls get boarded up, schools and universities shed space and who knows how many movie theatres closing doors, there is a global understanding that we can basically work and learn from wherever, whenever; for most of us, most of the time. We want flexibility, but we need routine.

 

We’ve navigated through all of this and it’s clear there is the need for human connection. We are craving the Third Place – locations where we exchange ideas, have a good time, and build relationships.
